Suddenly you see that it is the beginning of a great shape whose outlines are lost in mist and you tell yourself, ‘something is beginning.’” Jean-Paul Sartre

What happens when the drive that got you here starts working against you?

You've spent years building something, a career, a practice, an athletic identity, a vision. You know how to push. But lately the pressure feels different. Heavier. The self-doubt is louder. And the tools that used to work aren't cutting it anymore.

That's not a weakness. That's a signal.

I'm Gabby.

I've been an athlete most of my life — track, soccer, running, triathlons, and back to running again. Sport taught me what it feels like to work hard toward something and actually get there. But it also taught me what it feels like when life gets in the way, and you don't have the tools to navigate it. That gap is what drew me to this work.

Outside of the therapy room, I read a lot — poetry, philosophy, fiction — and I travel as often as I can, not to check places off a list, but to understand how people live, think, and connect differently. That curiosity shows up in how I work. I'm not here to hand you a script. I'm here to help you think more clearly, feel more grounded, and move forward — in a way that's actually yours.

Who I work with

Entrepreneurs, athletes, professionals, and high achievers who are driven but stuck, managing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or the quiet weight of always having to hold it together.
